Update on Pastor Kibler's Presentation

 
Pastor Kibler has agreed to do a 45 minute presentation via the internet (Skype Video call) and we will send him a live feed of our reunion group.  Pastor Kibler will be serving communion at the church he serves in California, so we have to wait until that service is completed which should be around 2:00 PM our time.  In order to allow Pastor Kibler time to have lunch and get ready for the presentation, we will get together with him at around 2:30 PM.  See a final "less tentative" schedule below.
 

Updated "bio" for Pastor Eichhorst

 
The Reverend Doctor C. Jack Eichhorst graduated from LBI - Minneapolis as Class President in 1954 and went on to Concordia College in Moorhead, MN for his undergraduate degree before completing his seminary education at Luther Theological Seminary.  He was ordained in 1972 and served twenty-three years as a pastor, was a college professor and administrator at Dana College, Director of the Ecumenical Institute at St. John's University, and then President of LBI - Seattle.
 
Selecting from a long list of leadership positions, Pastor Eichhorst is a Founding Board member of Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life, a member of the ELCA Task Force on Abortion, co-founder of Catholic / Lutheran Dialogue; served on the Boards of Golden Valley Lutheran College and Youth Encounter, and was a delegate to the VIIth Assembly of the Lutheran World Federation in Budapest, Hungary.
 
Pastor Eichhorst is currently retired and living on the family farmstead where he was born and raised near Washburn, ND.  He has been married to his wife, Judy, for fifty-four years.  They have four grown children and nine grand children.
